24 questionsNo. It's a fully online, web-based service. No app to install, no modem to set up, just open our website, log in, and start sending.
Register, log in, then send messages yourself in a few clicks. You stay in control the whole way.
Yes. Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Three, and Smartfren. For SMS Masking, your sender ID is registered separately with each operator (3-14 working days).
Yes. Our REST API can be called from your app, CRM, or billing system, with webhooks that push delivery status in real time.
SMS Masking shows your company or brand name as the sender instead of a random number. Messages read as more trustworthy and are rarely flagged as spam.
Yes. Your sender ID can be your company, brand, or product name. Up to 11 characters, and can include letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens (-).
No. SMS Masking is one-way, so recipients can't reply to the message.
Operator approval takes 3-14 working days, depending on the operator's queue and how complete your documents are. A minimum deposit of Rp 2,000,000 applies.
Sent means the message has been processed by the operator and successfully forwarded to the recipient's mobile phone. Undeliverable means the message entered the operator's network but could not be forwarded, typically because the number is inactive. Failed means the message failed within the system before reaching the operator. Rejected means the message was refused before reaching the operator, for example an invalid number format, a blocked number, or message content containing non-GSM characters.
Charges apply only to messages successfully processed by the operator (status Sent or Undeliverable), including to inactive numbers. Messages with a Failed or Rejected status are free.
SMS uses the GSM-7 standard: letters A-Z, digits 0-9, spaces, and common punctuation such as periods, commas, question marks, and exclamation marks. One SMS holds 160 characters; a longer message is split into segments of 153 characters each and billed per SMS. Emojis and other non-GSM characters are not supported and will cause the message to be rejected.
Regular WhatsApp is personal. The WhatsApp Business app is for small shops on a single phone. WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) is the official platform for businesses: API-based, multi-device, officially verifiable, and built for broadcast at scale.
The Console Dashboard handles communication channels connected to cellular operators and upstreams (like SMS Masking and Voice). Meanwhile, the WABA Dashboard is custom-built for Meta's ecosystem. Because Meta's rules are highly specific (from template management to quality scores), WABA requires an independent platform to perform optimally and comply with Meta's standards.
WhatsApp charges per message sent, not per conversation. Every category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, and Service) is charged per message. Only failed messages aren't charged. Rates differ by category: Utility and Authentication are cheapest, Marketing the most expensive.
A WhatsApp message can hold up to 1,000 characters. Unlike SMS, it's billed per message regardless of length, so a long message costs the same as a short one.
Each template's quality score shows right in the WABA dashboard's template management, no Meta Business Suite needed. Your account (sender) score lives only in Meta Business Portfolio. Since a stack of poorly-scoring templates usually drags the account score down too, your template scores give you a rough read on account health without leaving the dashboard.
Plan for about 2–4 weeks end to end. Your number connects in about a day, but going live on WABA also requires Meta business verification (1–2 weeks; the documents depend on your business type). The blue tick is a further, optional step (1–2 working days once you're eligible). Our team guides the whole process.
No, it's not guaranteed. The blue tick is granted at Meta's discretion only to notable brands, proven mainly by organic coverage in reputable national news (typically 3–5 articles; paid ads, advertorials, press releases, and follower counts don't count). You also need to be on WABA with Meta business verification complete. WABA works fully without it: your business name still shows as the sender, so a rejection doesn't stop you, and you can re-apply later. Talk to our team for guidance on notability and documents (email); you submit the application yourself, and the final call is Meta's.
Layer your channels. Try WhatsApp first (cheapest), fall back to SMS Masking if it hasn't arrived, then Voice as a last resort. The logic lives in your system: call each API in turn based on the delivery status from webhooks. With this setup, delivery success usually clears 99.5%.
Backup OTP when SMS or WhatsApp hasn't landed, payment reminders, emergency alerts, and reaching customers without a smartphone. A phone call is harder to ignore than another notification.
Yes. By default, calls only run 08:00–21:00 WIB, capped at 500 calls/day per account. Higher limits are available after we verify your use case. These limits protect both operator quotas and your compliance.
Only answered calls are billed, charged per second while connected. Failed, busy, and unanswered calls are not charged, including ringing time.
Log in, choose the top up balance menu, then pick amount and your transfer bank. After the form, you'll get a notification with the amount and destination account. Once you transfer, fill in the payment confirmation page, and we process it as fast as we can.
Yes. A single balance is shared across SMS Masking, WhatsApp, and Voice. WABA has its own separate dashboard and balance.
