Outbound voice ranks among the most regulated channels in Indonesia. Treat this as guidance, a few things we apply directly (content moderation, no political content, no spam bursts), the rest are your responsibility under local rules.
Best practice: call between 08:00–21:00 WIB. Avoid calling outside that window unless it is something urgent like an OTP fallback.
Firing many calls at once to the same number is treated as spam, we reject requests like that.
Only call people who are expecting to hear from you. Collecting and keeping proof of opt-in is your responsibility.
Political campaign or election content is not allowed on any Zenziva channel, Voice, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Voice (TTS) is not suitable for banks, fintech, or institutions under OJK rules. For those, use SMS Masking or WhatsApp Business API instead.
We screen TTS content for fraud markers (phishing, fake authorities, impersonation). Suspicious content is blocked.
TTS uses a default Indonesian female voice set by the system that cannot be changed; or upload your own audio file and we deliver it exactly as provided.
