How to Connect Your WhatsApp to Zenziva
Once you're logged in with an active subscription, connect your WhatsApp number via Embedded Signup, then finish Meta business verification to activate it.

Set up your Meta Business Portfolio first
Connecting goes much smoother when your Meta business portfolio is ready. New to this? Start with these two guides.
From login to live
Once your Meta Business Portfolio is verified (see the prerequisites above), the rest is instant: sign up, log in, activate your subscription, then connect your number.

Create your account and reach the dashboard right away

Connect WhatsApp
Link your number via Embedded Signup under Settings → Integration Settings
Open the connection
Integration Settings
Go to Settings › Integration Settings in the dashboard. Under WhatsApp Onboarding, click the "Login with Facebook" button.
Login & authorize Meta

A Facebook popup opens. If you're not signed in yet, log in with the Facebook account that manages your Meta Business. Review the requested permissions, then click Continue to link your account.
Select Business Account
Choose your existing Meta Business account or create a new one.
Set up WABA & number
Create new or Connect from the app
Two options here:
Business Information
Create or edit your business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account profile.
Add Phone Number
Enter the phone number you want to connect. It must not already be registered on any WhatsApp account.
Verify Phone Number
Enter the OTP code WhatsApp sends via SMS or a phone call.
Review & finish
Permission Review
Read the summary of permissions granted to the application, then confirm.
Finish
Click "Finish" to complete the setup, then wait for the sync to finish in the Zenziva dashboard.
Coexistence, Linking a Number from the WhatsApp Business App
Choose "Connect a WhatsApp Business app" in Step 4 if your number is already active on the mobile WhatsApp Business app. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone at least once every 14 days to keep the connection active, otherwise access to WABA features will be lost.
Select country code +62, then enter your number without a leading 0 or 62 (e.g. 81234xxxxx).
Information regarding sharing access will be displayed. Click Next.
Use the WhatsApp Business app on your phone to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
In the WhatsApp Business app, you'll receive a message from Facebook Business. Tap Connect.
Tap "Connect to the Business Platform" to start the linking process.
Choose whether to share chat history (Recommended: Don't share chat).
Important Notes
- For "Create a WhatsApp Business account" (a new number), the number must not already be connected to any WhatsApp account.
- Coexistence (Connect a WhatsApp Business app) only works for a number on the WhatsApp Business app, not regular WhatsApp. If your number is still on regular WhatsApp, migrate it to the WhatsApp Business app first.
- You need admin access to the Meta Business account.
- Verification codes expire within a few minutes, enter them right away.
- Keep your Meta Business information updated to stay compliant.
